Third-Party Engine & Gearbox Warranty Cover
This is a separate third-party warranty cover!, This cover is NOT part of any vehicle sold by us & NOT part of any sale agreement.
You will need to meet certain required requirements to be accepted for a third-party engine & gearbox warranty cover supplied by us.
A third-party warranty is for any vehicles sold in these following category's and only if you meet our required requirements to be accepted "Private, Trade, Clearance, Ticket" price terms.
The above categorised vehicles do NOT comply for a warranty given upon sale, As any vehicle sold in these above category's are not sold under retail & forecourt terms of sale.
We can offer you a third-party warranty option on a vehicle that doesn't automatically come with one. We have a "High Risk Option" & a "Low Risk Option" available!.
*If you do NOT make a claim during the term on a "High Risk Option" Your get 50% of the premium paid back after the term period has ended.

(£150 Low Risk) to (£300 High Risk).
30 Days Cover
(£300 Low Risk) to (£500 High Risk).
90 Days Cover
(£400 Low Risk) to (£700 High Risk).
Timing Belt
Timing belts are a perishable part!, If it was advised to have this changed upon the sale of the vehicle and this was neglected to be done by you, Then this perishable part is not covered by any warranty by neglect.
If the part was replaced by us or during the last keeper and the part is still well within its time and date and mileage period, Then we will honor warranty cover on this part, *But only!!!, Under these terms!!!, As it would have NOT been expected to fail due to this. **If there is No history!, No paperwork!, Then No warranty will apply!.

Warranty Cover - Covered By Warranty
Engine Block & Head / Gearbox, Which Includes - {Engine Block, Timing Chain & Head Gasket & Gearbox Failure, Which Involves Forward & Reverse Motion Failure Only}. The Engine & Gearbox are meant to last the vehicles useful lifetime. *These are only covered as you would expect if driven sensibly & maintained correctly. **Failure to maintain your vehicle correctly will void any warranty given. ***Warranty is for peace of mind that the engine block and gearbox is up to standard. ****All warranty work/repairs are to be carried out by us, And only us, Otherwise it will void any warranty by us. *****No courtesy vehicle will be supplied by us, Or paid for by us during any warranty work being carried out on your vehicle. ******If you wrongly diagnose or suspect and call us out for a warranty issue you will be charged £120.00 call out fee, Plus £2.30 per mile (One way) we have to travel.

Alternator, Battery, Brakes, Clutch & Flywheel, Dash Warning Lights & Dash Clocks/Dials/Gauges, Drive Shaft, ECU, EGR Valve, Electrical Sensors, Exhaust, Exterior Bodywork & Trim, Fuel Injectors, Interior Switches, Interior Trim, Lights, Radio, Starter Motor, Steering, Suspension, Timing Belt Failure, Turbo, Tyres, Wheel Bearings, Windows, Window Mechanism, Wipers etc, etc. *As a vehicle ages! It suffers age related wear and tear in-general. **All perishables and parts mentioned here are not covered by any warranty. ***No courtesy vehicle will be supplied or paid for.

Just Used Cars: Hereby is to accept any warranty claims / liability for the following items for the agreed period to a maximum of 1 x claim per item only and to a maximum overall cost of £1,200 during this period.
1 x Claim on Engine Block, Which Includes - {Engine Block, Head Gasket & Timing Chain Failure}.
1 x Claim on Gearbox Failure, Which Involves - {Forward & Reverse Motion Failure Only}.
If the vehicle is unable to move under its own power, Your vehicle will be recovered by us within the UK mainland at £120.00 starting fee, Plus £2.30 per mile (One way) we have to travel. All warranty work is to be carried out by us (Just Used Cars) and by us only. If the vehicle is touch by anyone else or parts removed! This will forthwith withdraw any warranty claim made against us (Just Used Cars). *If you wrongly diagnose or suspect and call us out for a warranty issue you will be charged £120.00 call out fee, Plus £2.30 per mile (One way) we have to travel. Alternately use any breakdown recovery service i.e. AA, RAC, Green Flag.
