#Q1). Is it still available? In the 1970s & 1980s when all the adverts were all in print! This would have been a perfectly normal question to ask someone! But now with the internet, Any advert can be taken down when sold!, This is the MOST ANNOYING QUESTION you could ask anyone in the car trade.
Answer: We are very quick at removing sold vehicles which are up for sale! This includes any adverts you see elsewhere! So if you can see the vehicle for sale! Its available!.

#Q2). When is the MOT due? Have a look on the category's main page when you first see a vehicle on our website!, Under the main picture your see a tab showing all the main details about the vehicle.
Answer: The due date for the MOT is on the vehicles own webpage! Under! More Details.

#Q3). I need the number plate to check the MOT history? NO YOU DON'T! We have a dedicated webpage to show any MOT history on any vehicle we have for sale.

#Q4). Does it come with any warranty? Depends on what category the vehicle is sold under & the price being paid. Check out the main terms of sale page.
Answer: If you pay the full forecourt price you will get a warranty with the sale!.

#Q5). Can i buy a third-party warranty? So long as you're not a hooligan & you keep the vehicle within the mileage allowance.
Answer: On most selected private or trade vehicles YES!, We can sell you a third-part warranty!. (This option was introduced in August 2026)

#Q6). Why can’t i see the reg number? Cloning plates are cloned for Fly-Tipping/Dartford Charge/Parking Offences/Robbery/MOT & TAX & Insurance evasion etc and getting worse each year as a result of the cost of living.
Answer: The reg number is not shown to protect the new owner from number plate cloning!.

#Q7). How much to deliver? £2.30 per mile, We'd rather you came and collect it though! But if you can't! The option is there too.
Answer: We charge £2.30 per mile one way! See terms of delivery.

#Q8). Can i come and view? Yes do!. Your welcome to book an appointment online.
Answer: Yes! Make an appointment on the booking form.

#Q9). Why do i have to make an appointment online? For identification & accountability and also part of any sales process! If a vehicle is sold!.
Answer: We have always had appointments being made only online! The main reasons are for identification & accountability.

#Q10). Can i part-exchange my vehicle? Yes!, Your very welcome too.
Answer: Yes. You can part-exchange your vehicle with us!.

#Q11). Would you put a new MOT on the vehicle? Yes!, There is a good possibility we could do.
Answer: Depends on the price of the vehicle and what it sells for & how long the MOT has left to run. ..And of course, You would have to pay for the vehicle first! Or at the very least, Pay for the MOT test.
