Returning The Vehicle After Any Length Of Time
Make sure you can prove that you have been caring for the vehicle by checking the fluid levels at regular intervals.
If you haven't looked after the vehicle! Then we may not accept any return.

You have a duty of care for any vehicle sold under the category of Forecourt (Retail). To extend the life of the vehicle you are responsible to keep up with the maintenance of the vehicle by checking the fluid levels at least 3 times a week for the first few weeks, followed by every 5 days thereafter. A full service is required each year i.e. changing the engine oil / coolant & air filter at the bare minimum. We not only recommend, But insist that you take pictures of this maintenance work if you are carrying the work out by yourself, Or keep any receipts/garage bills for future references. You will be required to show evidence of the fluid levels being check whilst the vehicle has a current warranty in place (Check your warranty agreement). Once your warranty expires you are still expected to perform basic maintenance on your vehicle.

You have a duty of care for any vehicle sold under the category of Private Or Trade. To extend the life of the vehicle you are responsible to keep up with the maintenance of the vehicle by checking the fluid levels at least 3 times a week for the first few weeks, followed by every 5 days thereafter. If you were sold a vehicle in any of these categories and you have decided that you are going to repair the vehicle, Once you have addressed all its major issues for the reasons why the vehicle is in any of these categories. You will now need to extend the life of the vehicle as you are now responsible to keep up with the maintenance of the vehicle by checking the fluid levels at least 3 times a week for the first few weeks, followed by every 5 days thereafter.
